During our recent stay at Dreams Boutique Hotel, we were in Cusco for sightseeing, and we spent four nights here. the proximity to Plaza de Armas was ideal, and the availability of hot water and tea on the second floor was a lovely touch. the staff, especially Angie, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. the bag breakfast for early departures and the nightly hot water bottles added great value to our experience.

I keep coming back for city trips, always remembering the first stay when the staff kindly lent me a phone charger. This perfect place offers luggage storage, 24/7 reception, security, airport shuttle, laundry.

The hotel was conveniently located a short 10-15 minute walk from the main plaza, providing easy access to the city center. the breakfast served on the terrace offered breathtaking views of the city and a magical atmosphere, especially in the evenings. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with tour arrangements and other requests.

On our last night, we were transferred to another property that did not match up to the standards of the hotel. the noise from the busy street could be disruptive at times, affecting the overall tranquility of the stay.

I love staying here. the staff found my lost earring once. I feel at home with luggage storage, 24-hour reception, security, airport shuttle. Laundry, TV, kitchen. I can hike, cycle, ride horses. No smoking—perfect. Returning for Christmas.

Staff at Dreams Boutique Hotel were welcoming and helpful, speaking English fluently. the top floor breakfast lounge offers a stunning view of the mountains. the individually served fried eggs and fresh squeezed orange juice were delightful. Conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, markets, and bus station.

Mold and a foul smell in the bathroom. Leakage causing constant water on the floor.
