The room was spacious and had a large bath and a decent-sized shower. The family room provided ample storage, and the fridge was a great bonus. The bedding was clean, although the bed bases could use some renovation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when they took the extra step to send us the photos we had left behind. Although we didn't dine at the hotel, it was good to know that there was an Indian restaurant in the pub. The location, just outside the city, was convenient for us to explore the nearby areas such as Newcastle.

The location of this inn is conveniently close to Gateshead with a short Metro ride into Newcastle city centre. I stayed at the Croxdale Inn for one night on my way to Scotland. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The accommodation served its purpose well as a stopover. Our Xmas stay was a lovely experience! the hotel's location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to all the nearby attractions. the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we stepped in. We absolutely loved the decor and furniture of the room, which created a cozy and warm atmosphere. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and parking were an added bonus!

Although we had a great time at the hotel, a couple of things were less than ideal. the noise levels from the street could be a little loud at times, which made it tricky to sleep soundly.

my recent stay in durham was amazing! croxdale inn really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. from the spacious and comfy room to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was perfect. i'll definitely be staying here again!
