So, this spot by the lake was pretty sweet. Had a bit of a heatwave in the room but nothing some open windows can't fix. Staff seemed shy but friendly. Loved chillin' by the fire pit under starry skies. Quiet spot for my introverted soul. Will take my time coming back for sure. Cheers! .

We had a fantastic time staying at a charming inn right by the beautiful Lake Simcoe. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the lake and a short drive to the casino. Our room was newly renovated with modern decor, and it had all the amenities we needed, like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. The owners were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back in the summer and bring our children to enjoy the water.

The lobby/office had limited hours and the ice machine was not accessible after 10 pm.

Close to Casino Rama, Stephen Leacock Museum, Tudhope Park, and Mara Provincial Park. Beautiful water view. Simple, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Budget-friendly option.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking. I loved sitting on the balcony at night, enjoying some drinks while taking in the beautiful scenery. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was close to everything in the area. It only took me 10 minutes to reach all the attractions in town, including Tim Hortons, Kawartha Dairy, Couchicing Beach Park, Mariposa Market, and various restaurants. Additionally, it was just an 8-minute drive to Casino Rama, making it convenient if you want to catch a show there. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. it was a fantastic experience, and I was sad to leave.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the nearby lake at sunrise. It had all the basic amenities I needed for a night's stay, including a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. the bed was cozy and provided a great night's sleep.

The outside of the hotel looked a bit run-down, with trash littering the property. the room was smaller than expected and lacked storage space.

The Lakeside Inn in Orillia was a wonderful find! The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and there was even a playground nearby for our toddler.

For breakfast options, it would have been great to have more variety.
