Good Wi-Fi service and great coffee availability.

I was frustrated with the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom had visible dirt, and I ended up cleaning it myself after asking the host for assistance. In addition, the mattress on the bed was too soft for my liking, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. The breakfast, which I was looking forward to, was disappointingly basic with low-quality ingredients—not what I'd expect for the price.

The breakfast had a great choice of cereals and pastries. The shower took time to set properly, being very hot.

Just stayed here for a night before a show, and it was perfect! Super close to the Kings Theatre, only a 5-minute walk. Got a comfy 3-bed room that was clean and spacious. Had a fridge, which was cool, and the breakfast was cooked fresh and delish. Just a little noisy at times from the street, but totally worth it!

i almost woudl ve given this place a decent review, but the bed was so uncomfortable, i hardly slept. plus, the back yard looked like it hadn't been touched in ages—some potential there, but you woudl think they'd tidy it up for guests! a welcome gift for my troubles would have been nice, too!

We loved the spacious room that fit our entire family comfortably. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the boys enjoyed the outdoor tennis court between our city explorations. There were ample tea and coffee supplies, making our stay even more pleasant.

Room 2 was clean and cozy, boasting a spacious bathroom that exceeded expectations. Arriving to freshly laid towels and shower gels was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options prepared fresh daily. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby bus stops and dining options, enhancing the overall experience significantly.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The staff even helped me find my lost ring during my first visit. Highly recommend staying here. I’m definitely coming back for Easter!

this place was super cozy and clean. The bed was really comfy, best sleep i had in a while. the breakfast was awesome too, with fresh cooked eggs and bacon, so much better than just cereal! also, the location was great, close to everything we wanted to see but still quiet at night. the staff were really chill and helpful, made us feel right at home. getting our room key early was a major plus for us.

The location was fantastic (so close to the city center! ) and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was a real treat, with haggis included, which made my morning!
