The room itself was fantastic, providing a great level of comfort after a long day of travel. The bathroom was also impressive, offering modern and clean facilities. Additionally, the hotel's location was a major plus, being situated close to the town and boasting fantastic views of the Loch. As budget travelers, we were delighted with the value for money offered by the Cruachan Hotel.

I recently stayed at the Cruachan Hotel for a weekend getaway and couldn't have been happier. The breakfast room was spacious and had a great variety of hot and cold options. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the shower was fantastic. The bar area served the best fish n chips I've had in a long time. The reception staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the Loch, and just a short walk to the high street. Extra blankets were provided in the room, and parking was available.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Great location opposite Loch Linnhe and a short walk to town. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lovely views and high-quality refurbishment. Walking path along the shingle is a must, with incredible views. Good breakfast selection. Comfortable bed and high-standard bathroom. Fantastic walk-in shower. Ability to bring back takeaways and provided with plates and cutlery.

We had an amazing Christmas stay in the hotel, with incredible views of the mountains and loch from our room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and even offered complimentary hot chocolate and mince pies on Christmas Eve. The central location meant that we were able to easily explore the town and surrounding areas.

The soundproofing in the rooms wasn't the best, and we were woken up early on a few mornings by noisy guests in neighboring rooms. It may be worth investing in some improved soundproofing to ensure a more peaceful sleep for guests.

Walking distance from the heart of the town and beautiful views of the loch right across. Clean and cosy rooms with great service. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and the staff was helpful. Enjoy the walk-in showers and comfortable beds. Has a bar and a restaurant if you're interested in staying in.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The location of this venue is ideal, as it's only a few minutes walking distance from the town centre and located on the shore of the loch. The service housekeeping was outstanding. The room amenities including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, terrace with garden furniture, and free toiletries. The staff had fantastic customer service, especially the receptionist who booked us in and took our recycling papers and plastic home to her recycle bin. The leisure facilities, including the jacuzzi, beach access, sun terrace, and leisure/TV room with wi-fi.

Families would definitely recommend this hotel, their children's menu was great!

our romantic trip to fort william was made even better by our stay at a lovely hotel. the location was perfect, close to ben nevis and walking distance to town. the room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. highly recommend this place!

The bar and bistro in the hotel were lively and served excellent food, with a great atmosphere and views over the water. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good selection of continental options and a cooked breakfast available. a lovely hotel with friendly staff and great amenities.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The en-suite door in our room seemed to stick from the inside, which we reported to reception but it wasn't fixed by the time we left.
