We had a late arrival after a fun day at Silverwood. I had booked two rooms, and while one was ready to go, the other needed to be switched due to cleanliness issues. After a couple of attempts, we finally settled into a comfortable room. The bed was nice and the overall tidiness of the place was good. The staff member assisting us was friendly and apologetic. The parking facility was convenient and the breakfast was decent, although some bacon would have been a nice addition. The pool was a bit cold, but the hot tub was great. The fitness center was a bit underwhelming, but it had cardio equipment. The staff were attentive and friendly.

The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, a gas station, and a casino. We also appreciated the free 24-hour shuttle service, which allowed us to explore the local area without worrying about transportation.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a few minor issues that affected our stay. there was some construction taking place on the property, which was not communicated to us prior to our arrival.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Spokane for two nights while traveling. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The location was great, and despite being an older building, the updates to the paint and decor were well done. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was clean. it was a restful and enjoyable stay. Kudos to Peppertree.

I had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel! It was even better than the beds at the Ritz or Hilton. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs, making me extra bacon when it wasn't on the menu and even packing a to-go breakfast for my wife. The room was clean and the staff was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location was extremely convenient, being close to the airport and offering free shuttle transportation. It was great to have a hotel that was near Spokane International airport, and also had a truck stop next door for any last-minute needs. The lobby was beautifully redecorated with TV's and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room itself was newly painted and very comfortable, with a nice view and a good cable TV selection. The staff, especially Joe, Sammie, and Hailey, were incredibly accommodating, caring. They quickly remedied any concerns or questions I had, and the housekeeping staff were always busy and attentive. I had a wonderful experience and want to thank the entire team for their hard work.
