Stayed at Cuilfail and had an amazing experience. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a charming old-style vibe with comfortable beds and great views of the hillside. Wifi was reliable, and the inclusive cooked breakfast was delicious. The bar and restaurant served tasty meals, and the large function room with a real fire added to the cozy ambiance. a great place to stay for exploring Argyll.

Charming breakfast server. Clean towels and blankets. Nice hike nearby. Elegant, old-fashioned charm. Helpful staff. Late night welcome. Excellent whiskey in friendly pub. Great full cooked breakfast. Good location for exploring. Off-road parking. Friendly and helpful staff and owner. Very good bar food.

Had the best langoustines ever, my husband loved them! The food overall was excellent. The friendly ambiance in the bar was great.

The hotel is in need of a renovation, it looked tired and shabby. The mattress in our room needed replacing.

Mind-blowing welcome by the awesome host, spacious and clean room and bathroom, cozy and welcoming bar area with friendly locals, brilliant food and service, very reasonable price for excellent value. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely valley. The hotel was very clean and had easy parking. The staff, from managers to waitresses, were excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the busy bar, and the breakfast was also great.

Couldn't stay longer, wish we had more time!
