The staff were extremely helpful with a smile. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Thalesseus beach restaurant made us feel like royalty! The pools were perfect. The father and son show on Friday night at the beach bar was an amazing highlight!

We got excellent value for our money at this hotel. The room was fantastic with a beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great, not too far from everything else and with a convenient bus stop right outside. The staff treated us with kindness and were very helpful throughout our stay.

the hotel's location is perfect, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from other hotels and the city. the beach is long and well-maintained, with plenty of space between sunbeds. the rooms are spacious, clean, and have stunning views. the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. the food at the hotel is plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. the hotel has a large pool and beach area, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and spacious area. the pool is amazing and the beach is clear and calm, perfect for families with kids. the breakfast and dinner selection is huge and quite tasty. the staff is great and incredibly helpful.

Some areas of the hotel are not well air-conditioned, which can be difficult during the hottest months. the towels are quite expensive and it's not easy to get them changed.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our luxurious needs. We enjoyed the spa & wellness centre and its various treatments, especially the full body massage. the outdoor swimming pool was clean and had plenty of sun loungers that provided a relaxing sunbathing experience. the beach access was convenient and the beach umbrellas were a nice addition. the restaurant served a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of availability of private facilities, which we expected from a 5-star hotel. We also noticed that the live entertainment was not as frequent as we anticipated.

Fantastic stretching/yoga teacher. Aqua aerobics was great. Dancing in the bar with the animation team. Will definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. the location was perfect, just 15 minutes from the airport and the old city. the private beach and swimming pool were great, and we didn't feel the need to leave during the day. the food at the hotel was the highlight for us, with a wide variety and great quality. We recommend getting the HB deal for the perfect breakfast experience. the hotel staff were professional and attentive, always meeting our needs before we even asked.
