The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city centre and on a bus route. the breakfast was tasty, with a small portion but enough to start the day. the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a lovely lady who cleared the parking space so we could park our car for free.

The decor was very old fashioned and in need of updating. the rooms were basic, with a 4ft double bed that creaked and a small ensuite with a showerhead that didn't tilt.
