The Deluxe Balcony King Room with its furnished private balcony was an absolute dream. The romantic skyline views were like something out of a movie, creating the perfect backdrop for a morning coffee. Enjoying the fine linens and luxurious amenities made me feel like a star in my own New York City show.

Beds were too small.

I always return for business. Staff suggested reliable taxis on my first visit. The hotel caters to my needs: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and flat-screen TV. Its accessibility and amenities make it my go-to in the city.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is quieter elevators. Sometimes the sound of the elevator opening could be a bit startling, especially in the mornings when I was hoping for a peaceful start to my day.

The view from my room overlooked Allen Street, where I caught glimpses of locals practicing Chinese martial arts. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, and the friendly staff made me feel welcomed. Don't miss the Tenement museum just a short walk away.

We got great value for our money at The Allen Hotel in NYC. The room was beautifully furnished with a lovely balcony, and they thought of everything we might have forgotten, like razor and shaving cream and even a selection of teas. The location was perfect for our needs, with plenty to do in the area. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help us, especially when my boyfriend's bike got stolen. Their kindness was truly appreciated.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe with more variety or a wider selection.
