I had a great stay at this hotel. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect for me - situated in a quiet residential area, it was just a short walk to a lovely pub that served delicious food, and also close to the Grassington Xmas market.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and had all the facilities I needed, including a comfy bed, desk/dressing table, and even an armchair. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, even starting breakfast early for me so I could meet my deadlines. The location was convenient, with easy access to the town centre and the railway. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a bonus. The breakfast was great, with a good choice of fresh food. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The breakfast was delicious, served by a very kind waitress. the atmosphere of the dining area was warm and inviting. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the location was convenient and easy to access. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Free parking was available. There's a lovely pub nearby called "the Black Bull". the bed was very comfortable and the sleep was uninterrupted.

There was no elevator available. the stairs were steep and narrow, making it a bit difficult for older people or those with mobility issues to access the higher floors.

We had a fantastic stay at Dalesgate Hotel in Keighley. The staff, especially Steve, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was cozy and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast had a great selection of fresh food. The free parking was convenient, and the hotel's location was ideal for sightseeing, such as visiting Bolton Abbey and exploring the village's charming museum. The hotel also arranged for us to have dinner at the nearby pub when we missed the bar snack menu cut-off. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, giving us the best night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the main shopping area, which is great for those who enjoy shopping. It is also within walking distance to a pub, perfect for those who want to grab a drink or two. Additionally, there are plenty of shops nearby, making it convenient for any necessary shopping during the stay. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of food options to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel with an authentic feel. the staff were warm, accommodating, and ensured our needs were met, even starting breakfast early for us. the location was lovely, with a view of the hills from the lounge/bar area and our room. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. the hotel also provided ample and well-lit parking, which was a plus. there was another bar/restaurant nearby if we didn't want to dine in-house.

The parking was easy and there was a large car park behind the hotel. The location was central enough to make driving around easy, but rural enough to feel rested and calmed at the end of a busy day. It was also close to a pub that served decent food and just a short walk away from another lovely bar/restaurant.
