There seems to be a lack of attention to detail in some aspects of the hotel, which can be disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lytham St Annes. the location was perfect as it was very close to the seafront and all the attractions. Being right on the seafront meant that I could enjoy beautiful views throughout my stay. Secondly, the staff were excellent; they were attentive and provided great service. The basic amenities in the rooms were also impressive, with a walk-in shower and a balcony complete with table and chairs. The rooms were spacious and the white fluffy towels were a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't fault anything.

Great location with easy access to the beach and pier. the hotel is ideal for families with children, as it offers a variety of facilities including a swimming pool, cinema, spa, and supervised children's club. the food at the hotel was very good, and the staff were pleasant and friendly.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right on the seafront of St Anne's was perfect, with beautiful views from the front facing rooms and balconies. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with big bathrooms, separate toilets, and great white fluffy towels. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and the hot towel rail in the bathroom was a lovely touch. The hotel is also conveniently located close to bars and all the attractions in the area.

I had the most amazing time at a hotel in Lytham St Annes. Everything I expected and more! The hotel was conveniently located across from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the stunning views. The best part was that there were plenty of activities for my grandkids both inside and outside the hotel. They had something fun going on for the kids all day and night, which kept them entertained and happy. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back!

My recent city trip was made so much better by staying at this hotel. the views were absolutely amazing from my room and I could just sit and relax with a glass of wine, taking in the stunning scenery. the location was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and were always friendly and helpful. the room was kept spotless and we felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

While we had an overall great stay, the main area that needs improvement is the food. the breakfast selection was good but the temperature was lukewarm and some items were oily.

The staff in the bar and restaurant area were fantastic and sincere in their assistance and help. The manager was accommodating and quickly changed our room due to accessibility issues. The location is great, with the beach and the town center being close by. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel facilities, including the pool, were a bonus.
