We loved the location of this hotel, right by the lake and just a short walk from the ferry point, restaurants, and bars. The balcony had a great view of the lake. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and all the necessary amenities in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options.

The location was amazing, right on the lake with lots of activities to do. the town of Arona was interesting, with shops and outdoor dining. It was also closer to the airport, which was convenient for my early morning flight.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, as there was no on-site parking. However, they provided a pass for street parking and after 9 PM, you could move closer to the hotel.

Easy walk from train station, central location, helpful and pleasant staff, room with a view of walking street, lots to see and hear, perfect lakeshore location.

This hotel was situated in the perfect location, right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to have the train station, ferry terminal, lake, and shopping/restaurants within walking distance. The rooms, although small, were adequate, comfortable, and clean. The hotel itself had a nice and modern feel to it, and the beautiful lake view from our room was the cherry on top. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a good range of Italian fruit flans and a traditional breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and attentive, and there was even a parking lot next to the reception for a quick check-out.

All in all, everything was great at this hotel.

Room discrepancy: Although the pictures showed recently refurbished rooms, only some of them had been renovated. This resulted in receiving a room with an older bed, a small shower, and cramped bathroom facilities.
