The location of this guesthouse was fantastic. It was close to supermarkets and public transit that easily took me downtown. The value for money was excellent, and the breakfast provided met my needs. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the spacious and clean rooms.

Convenient location for exploring Edinburgh by bus or walking. Kids enjoyed the castle and open-air market. Great walk along Dean River. Breakfast is plentiful but lacks protein. Good prices for leather goods near St Giles.

I had a lovely stay at a friendly, family-run guesthouse. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The owner was very attentive during breakfast, which had plenty of choice and was delicious. Although it's a bit of a walk to the city centre, there are plenty of buses nearby that make it easy to get around. excellent value for money.

We had a great weekend stay at a B&B just a short walk from the city center and Murryfield stadium. The location was perfect for us as we were there for the six nations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free wifi was a nice bonus. The room was clean, although there were some dusty areas. The breakfast consisted of toast and cereals, which suited us fine. If you're looking for a comfortable B&B in a fantastic location with great local restaurants, I highly recommend it. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location near downtown was ideal, as we were able to easily explore the city and visit attractions. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We had a delightful stay at the guesthouse. the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the price was definitely value for money. We also loved the excellent location, with easy access to the train station and plenty of restaurants to choose from. the free WiFi was a bonus and there were plenty of shops and food places in the vicinity, including a Lidl just seconds away.

The hotel had a fantastic location, being within walking distance of the city center and very close to shops and restaurants. Transportation was also convenient, with a main bus route passing by the hotel and affordable all-day tickets available. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

I had a comfortable and relaxed stay at this friendly B&B. The location was great, with nice pubs and amenities close by. It was fairly close to downtown, which made it convenient to explore the city. The room was clean and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was plentiful. it was a quaint and restful stay.

There were occasional disturbances at night, which slightly affected my sleep.

He made sure our mornings started off well with a delicious breakfast and shared intriguing stories about his life. Although the guesthouse is located slightly away from the city center, it offers excellent connectivity to public transportation, with a convenient 10-minute bus ride to the main transport junction. Our room was comfortable, tidy, and peaceful, providing a relaxing space after a day of exploring. One small improvement could be addressing occasional food smells in public areas, which didn't affect the rooms.
