The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the river with a pool and terrace for relaxing. the view of the kayaks and birds was amazing. the hotel was very clean and had a variety of room styles to choose from. the included breakfast was more than enough. There were also plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

The service could definitely use some improvement. the rooms seemed to be cleaned based on the turnover of new guests, rather than prioritizing the needs of guests staying multiple days.

What an amazing surprise we had during our Easter weekend! the hotel was located in a beautiful spot, close to a spa that offered discounted rates to hotel guests. We enjoyed a massage and the spa’s various facilities, including several heated pools, steam and sauna rooms, and more. We also loved dining in the hotel’s bistro, with tasty food and good prices.

The hotel is a bit far from downtown, which could be a problem for those who enjoy exploring the city. we found that the spa was located across a somewhat busy street, which made crossing a bit difficult during the day.
