We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with pubs, markets, and the underground within walking distance. The hotel itself was very new, and it was evident that multiple items had never been used before. The highlight of our stay was the amazing staff, from management to the cleaning staff. We had to extend our stay due to an unexpected hospital visit, and Razvan and Eloise were incredibly accommodating, even without advanced notice. Diana, from the cleaning staff, was thorough, polite. She always checked in on my mother, which was much appreciated. we had a comfortable and quiet stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in the heart of everything. It was just a short walk to the metro station and the famous Westfield Center. The room was beautifully presented and clean, with a lovely big shower in the bathroom. The staff were all lovely, and the decor was stunning, with plants everywhere. We couldn't have asked for more!

The staff at reception weren't very pleasant, which put a slight damper on our overall experience.

I stayed at Dao By Dorsett in Shepherds Bush for a few nights and had a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and contemporary, with a big comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The attention to detail in the design was impressive, with luxurious touches like leather furnishings and a rooftop balcony. The location was perfect, with easy access to Shepherds Bush and Shepherds Bush Market stations, as well as Westfields shopping center. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

We were able to easily explore the local market and shops, and the metro station was conveniently nearby. The hotel provided excellent service, including dry cleaning and a grocery shopping service. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette with cookware and utensils. We felt welcomed and well taken care of by the friendly staff. we highly recommend this hotel to all.
