The family room at Days Inn Chester East was spacious and clean, perfect for our stay with our 7-year-old twins. We appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, and the free parking was a bonus. The lady at reception was also very nice and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. Additionally, the bathrooms were also clean and hygienic. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, especially the man who checked us in. He went out of his way to provide us with extra pillows when we requested them. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was convenient to avoid city traffic. It was easy to access the motorway for quick access to various attractions, such as Chester Zoo, which was only a 20-minute drive away. Another plus was the availability of park and ride facilities into Chester and Cheshire Oaks. we couldn't have asked for a better experience!
