As longer term business travelers, we loved the friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, and convenient location right off the M25. The bar area was pleasant, and there was even a nice outdoor area with a small lake for better weather. The executive room upgrade was a nice surprise, and the hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Plenty of amenities like a fridge in the room and a well-equipped bathroom added to the positive experience. great value for money.

We loved the variety of fast food restaurants at the hotel, perfect for vegetarians and vegans. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the modern and clean rooms were a highlight. The hand basins in the shower rooms were at the perfect height for adults. The location was convenient, especially for those traveling to Heathrow Airport or heading in the southwest or west direction. The breakfast was plentiful and the outside seating area was a great place to relax in the summer.

I had a really great night's sleep despite being right next to the busy M25 motorway. The rooms were amazingly soundproofed and the air conditioning was effective, even during a heatwave. The location was very convenient as I needed somewhere close to the motorway for a stopover. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Angelika who provided excellent customer service during breakfast. The hotel also had basic amenities like toiletries and a small fridge in the room.

The decor in the rooms could do with updating, as there were marks on the walls and the pillows were not very clean.

the TV in the room was positioned awkwardly and there were no lids on the breakfast food receptacles. Nevertheless, for the price paid, my family and I had a decent stay at the hotel.
