The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a warm welcome and a comfortable stay. The rooms on the first floor are spacious and well-equipped, with all the basic amenities you need, including a bath tub and tea/coffee facilities. Plus, the value for money is fantastic, with affordable prices for such a convenient location.

Minor improvements could be made in terms of the squeaky beds on the first floor. However, overall, everything was more than okay and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Considering the affordable price we paid, it felt like a good deal. Although the furnishings and décor were decent, an upgrade would definitely enhance the overall experience of the hotel. Additionally, finding the hotel's access from the eastbound side of the M4 was quite challenging, as it was only on the westbound side.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a desk and chair, and a bouncy mattress. It had a trouser press, spare towels, spare pillows, a hairdryer, and windows that could be opened. The best part was the presence of a bath! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel also allowed dogs at a reasonable additional cost. Outstanding value for money!

They gave us excellent tips on where to eat and what to see in the area. the bed was really comfortable, and we had a fantastic night’s sleep – just what we needed during our city break. the location of the hotel was perfect – we were just a short walk away from most of the attractions we had planned to visit.

The bathroom was not up to our standards of cleanliness. there was no milk in our room, which was a bit of a letdown.
