The hotel could benefit from modernization and updating, as some of the rooms had issues such as water damage, fraying beds, and a lack of plugs near the beds.

The location was ideal for our overnight stay on a long journey, conveniently situated just off the M1 southbound. Tina at reception was incredibly helpful and made sure we were settled in and even gave us a dinner recommendation. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and amenities like a trouser press and ironing board. The breakfast vouchers saved us some money too.

There was minimal lighting and no direct access to the main services area, which made walking across service roads and carparks feel unsafe.

The convenient location, right off the motorway and close to amenities, made it easy for us to get to our event in Sheffield.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a very good bed. The hotel provided tea and coffee facilities, which were very welcome. The staff were always very helpful, and they even allowed dogs, with a good area outside and a dog bin available. The hotel's location, just off the M1, was great for easy transportation and also provided good access to the nearby services area for food and drinks.
