I recently stayed at a fabulous 4-star hotel in a wonderful location. This place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, luxury, and quality services. The staff here were exceptional and provided me with excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist me with any requests or inquiries I had. Moreover, this hotel offers a range of amenities that truly enhance the guest experience. From the well-appointed rooms with all necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities, to the beautiful terrace and garden furniture where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings, everything was designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area. The location above the conference center in a nice area is convenient for business travelers, and the range of services and amenities provided, such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, ensure that guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful Easter weekend at a hotel. the room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. the staff was very welcoming and reliable. Another great thing is that the hotel had nice surroundings and was close to attractions. the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety to choose from.

the reception added a £50 deposit to our account which they took for the cost of a bottle of wine we ordered but did not touch. Even after repeated attempts to get a refund, we were told it was not possible and felt wrongly treated.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. the bedroom was beautifully decorated and furnished, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. the food at the hotel was tasty and there was a good range of options available.

The shower in the bathroom did not have great water pressure and the bathroom itself could benefit from some modernization. there were items left behind from previous guests in the room, indicating that it may not have been cleaned properly.
