Located on the way up from Beaune to the Tunnel, this Michelin starred restaurant offers an "all-in" package that includes a fabulous gastronomic meal with wine pairing. The room is beautifully clean and well organized, with perfect air conditioning. The service is exemplary, with staff who are fluent in English and anticipate your every need. The breakfast service is excellent, and the gardens and patio provide a relaxing atmosphere. Complimentary champagne upon arrival is a nice touch.

The hotel is very close to the road, so you can occasionally hear passing trucks.

The hotel is situated in a stunning park surrounded by gardens, which is a perfect location for guests to relax and unwind. the staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. the food was absolutely amazing and definitely worth trying out during your stay. the hotel is located in close proximity to multiple champagne tastings, making it a great location for wine lovers.

The noise level from the traffic outside was a slight inconvenience, particularly during the early morning hours. Unfortunately, the pillows were not comfortable, and I found it difficult to sleep.

We were in awe of the magnificent chateau that awaited us in Reims. Nestled in its own park, the hotel exuded a sense of grandeur and tranquility. Our room was nothing short of stunning, beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom.

The grounds are absolutely stunning, with a jaw-dropping setting that takes your breath away. The staff is super professional and goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. Cocktails and happy hours on the terrace are lively and enjoyable. The indoor jardin area with its Scottish theme and extensive whiskey selection adds an extra wow factor. Le Parc restaurant offers exceptional dinner service. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast presented on the terrace is delicious and beautifully presented. The chateau is centrally located and provides easy access to champagne houses. The castle grounds are perfect for a leisurely walk. the service and setting make this a mind-blowing stay that I highly recommend to everyone.

The location adjacent to Veuve and Pommery Champagnery's, which was absolutely delightful.

This luxury hotel is a hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. the service was impeccable, going above and beyond to provide exclusive amenities like a Full body massage in the privacy of my room. the Sun terrace and Garden area were stunning and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing moment. the Restaurant offers a refined cuisine and In-room breakfast was delightful. the private facilities were exclusive and added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. the location is also ideal, only a few minutes away from the city center by car.

The only minor issue I encountered was some noise from the surroundings, but the hotel provided Earplugs which helped me sleep peacefully. this venue truly provides an unparalleled luxurious experience with attention to every single detail.
