The staff were polite and attentive, without being too intrusive. The breakfast was also lovely, with a good variety of options to choose from. Despite a few minor issues, I would still recommend staying at this hotel. I had a great experience at Pavilion Arms.

The staff were superb, pleasant, and polite, going above and beyond to assist us. The newly refurbished bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and we received a complimentary beer and Prosecco in the minibar upon arrival. The cleanliness of the facilities was outstanding, and the hotel even provided a fan during the heatwave. The location, although a 20-minute walk from the center, offered a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The food was exceptional, with tasty breakfast options and delicious evening meals. The outdoor seating area was beautiful, and the bar prices were reasonable.

As foreign tourists, we loved the friendly personnel and the great breakfast with plenty of choices. The B&B's location above a pub was a plus as we never experienced any noise. It was also conveniently close to Bournemouth University's Talbot Campus.

My Easter stay was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions in town. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were decorated beautifully and had every amenity you could possibly want. I especially loved the all-natural bathroom products and the 24-hour ice room, which was a lifesaver after a day out in the sun!

My stay was marred by the lack of storage in the room. There was no wardrobe or chest of drawers to put my clothes in, which made it difficult to keep everything organized and tidy.
