Stayed here for a trip to Alton Towers, only a 20-minute drive away. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were very accommodating, allowing us early check-in after a long car journey. Great location with shops and places to eat nearby, and a bonus is the Co-op downstairs. Would definitely book again if returning to the area.

I had a great stay at a stylish and comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. The open plan living area with a big lamp created a cozy atmosphere. The beds were especially comfortable. The apartment was clean and provided all necessary amenities, including tea bags and biscuits. The check-in instructions were clear and the lockbox made it easy to get the keys. I also appreciated the free parking outside the co-op. The TV with Netflix was a nice bonus.

One minor issue was the soft mattress in the double room, but it didn't affect my overall experience. Additionally, the WiFi code didn't work and I didn't receive a response from the host when I reached out.

My stay at Britannia Chambers was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spotless and provided all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center. The presence of a Co-op store next door was a huge convenience. Despite a minor inconvenience with the shower temperature and a slightly difficult sofa bed, overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the noise from the main road was constant and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a great stay at the apartment in Leek. It was modern, clean, and very spacious. There were four of us staying and we never felt crowded. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the market square, and there was a convenient co-op right below the apartment. The check-in process was super easy with clear instructions for the key lock and door code. I also want to mention the helpfulness of Mila, who promptly resolved an issue we had and was always available to answer our questions. Thank you!

We appreciated the complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee. The apartment was incredibly clean and the big windows provided a lovely view. The owner was quick to respond to our messages and the location was convenient, with a Co-op right below. It was the perfect stopover for our visit to Alton Towers, just a short 20-minute drive away. We were also grateful that the owner offered to post my son's beloved teddy bear to us.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a Co-op conveniently located right underneath the property. This makes it easy to grab any last-minute supplies or snacks. there are some great restaurants within walking distance, providing a variety of dining options for guests. the hotel is close to the town centre, allowing easy access to shopping and attractions.

There were issues with cleanliness in certain areas of the hotel, such as dirty kitchen cupboards and drawers. This oversight could have been easily rectified with a little more attention to detail during the cleaning process.

We stayed in apartment 3 for one night prior to a day at Alton Towers. The apartment had a lovely modern feel and was impressively clean and inviting. The beds were super comfy, and the location was great, not far from the town centre and quiet. We also heard no noise whatsoever from the surrounding apartments or from the Co-op below. Self check-in and out made things easy, and having a kitchen allowed us to socialize with our family. We would definitely stay again and explore the surrounding areas.
