The hotel's location was ideal, being central to most of the tourist attractions. It was not too far from town or the hiking trails, and it was very close to the center and the river beyond. The breakfast was ordered the night before and delivered to your table, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel provided hand sanitizer and implemented a one-way system for added safety.

The hotel lacked soundproofing, and noise from both the street outside and other guest rooms could be quite disruptive at times.

We got great value for our money at Distillery Guest House. The room was clean and the innovative use of space was impressive, especially the circular outside wall. The location was perfect for exploring Glen Nevis and Ben Nevis, and we enjoyed some amazing walking trips. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. Plus, the garden area had comfortable seating with exceptional views.

For breakfast choices, it would have been nice to see a wider variety of options available.

Easy to get to town centre and very close to restaurants and shops. Quick check-in and check-out process. Clean and well-maintained rooms and en-suite bathrooms. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable for our one-day stay. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the city center, and the staff at the guest house were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The only small improvement that could be made to the breakfast items would be to have a wider selection of pastries available.

Ideal location for our needs. Breakfast exceeded expectations and room was spotless with en suite and tea/coffee facilities. Free WiFi was very helpful and there was a lovely outside area to enjoy the great weather. Gave us total freedom to enjoy our break. Italian couple managed the property, providing an opportunity to practice the language. Room, though small, was modern and clean. Good parking available. Convenient location. New shopping centre nearby.

our stay at distillery guest house was absolutely delightful. after our previous stay in fort william, we were pleasantly surprised by how the guest house exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect, the gardens were lovely, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

As cyclists on the Great Glen Way, we appreciated being able to keep our bikes in our room for safety. a warm and homely atmosphere with excellent facilities.
