Helpful and friendly staff, except one who was cautious about milk supply. Unfortunately, children unable to experience the Moroccan spa.

Best aspects were the spacious studio and convenient location only 5 minutes from the underground station. the studio was clean and well-designed, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the presence of a kitchenette and laundry facilities was a bonus, allowing for convenience during my stay.

Worst aspects were the unhelpful and inexperienced staff, who seemed disinterested in providing good service. Additionally, the lack of a washing machine in the studio was disappointing, as was the inconvenience of using the common laundry facilities in the basement.

My recent stay at Dolphin House was fantastic. I was in London for leisure and stayed for a week. The staff on reception were incredibly caring and the apartment had a lovely, calm atmosphere. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Pimlico underground station, yet the complex itself was peaceful and quiet. The room was great, with a comfy king bed, a nice bathroom, and room-darkening curtains. The kitchenette was a bonus, allowing us to cook and save money. Dolphin House was like a little oasis in the middle of the city.

The reception staff were excellent! The room was quiet with a great kitchen and comfy beds. The bathroom was a good size, and the apartment was spacious with plenty of storage. The cleaners were friendly and did a good job. Convenient location near tube station and easily accessible to many places. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

I had such a wonderful stay at this venue! The location was perfect and situated in a nice, quiet area. The neighborhood was very nice and had good communication by train or bus. The staff gave excellent customer service at the reception desk on shift and on check-out. The amenities were fantastic such as the free Wi-Fi in rooms, air conditioning, and a kitchen with cookware/ kitchen utensils. I appreciated the free toiletries, television with cable/ satellite television, and comfortable bed with carpeted floor.

I highly recommend this hotel to others, it was a fantastic stay!

The location was unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and a safe and quiet neighborhood. The free upgrade to a 2-bedroom apartment was a great deal. The bedrooms were comfortable with adequate space and amenities. The living space was functional and the bathroom had a great shower. The staff at reception were courteous and helpful.

Felt like in a fairy, nothing was too much trouble.

Our apartment at Dolphin House Serviced was spacious and comfortable with a separate living room and kitchen. The modern spa was a great feature and we enjoyed using the pool. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I would recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Supermarket and restaurants nearby, close to central transport. The spa is the best part.
