We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room, which had two queen beds. The floor space exceeded our expectations, giving us plenty of room to move around comfortably. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were clean and well-maintained. The friendly staff members made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, we appreciated that the toiletries provided were Dove brand, a nice touch that exceeded our expectations. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it.

The shower in our room was too powerful and loud, which made it less relaxing. the drainage was also an issue, as the water didn't drain properly, resulting in standing water.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express in Columbus. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offered free parking and a happy hour with complimentary wine and beer. I also appreciated the convenience of the mini shop with snacks and drinks. Despite a minor issue with the cost of the stay, the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our request for connecting rooms and even called us twice before our arrival to make sure everything was in order. The front desk person was particularly awesome, allowing us to check in early and ensuring a pleasant experience. Although there were some noise disturbances on the first night, the hotel promptly addressed the issue when we called the desk. I highly recommend this hotel.

The noise from the nearby highway was a bit bothersome in the rooms facing the main road. Would recommend requesting a room on the opposite side for a quieter stay.
