I had a great stay at this hotel in a junior suite. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was massive. I was pleasantly surprised to find an ice bucket in the room and access to an ice machine just down the hallway. Breakfast was delicious and the staff at the breakfast team were efficient and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a lovely area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. The beautiful and serene surroundings provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff in the garden restaurant were extremely attentive and the food was excellent. The breakfast service was efficient and the attention to detail was impressive. We also appreciated the special touch of a decorated cake plate left in our room for my partner's birthday. we had a wonderful experience at Hilton in Chester.

Lovely spacious rooms, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, superb service, great dinner at the garden room restaurant, clean and well-appointed rooms with complimentary amenities.

The hotel had beautiful grounds and exceptional facilities. the spa was amazing and the rooms were very comfortable. the staff went above and beyond to make our weekend memorable.

The behavior of the manager was a downside. They seemed to be standoffish towards customers, which made us feel uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Doubletree By Hilton Chester. Best aspects of our stay included the clean and spacious room, the friendly staff, and the hotel's convenient location just on the outskirts of the city. We also appreciated the free parking and the delicious breakfast.

For us, the worst aspect was the noisy fridge in our room which kept waking us up throughout the night. Additionally, we were a bit disappointed to find an empty water bottle in the room upon arrival, which made us question the cleanliness standards of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near Chester zoo and offers easy access to the city. The Marco Pierre White restaurant provides a spacious and comfortable dining experience, with the opportunity to see the famous chef himself in his chef whites. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay for guests. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of choices, including a tasty cooked English breakfast.

The hotel even surprised us with an upgrade and special touches for our anniversary, which was a fantastic surprise. outstanding and clean hotel with professional and welcoming staff.
