the breakfast was totally inadequate, constantly missing food. Also, my air conditioning issues were truly frustrating, having to remind the staff multiple times. And honestly, after all that, I was expecting a complimentary bottle of wine or something to redeem this entire experience, but I guess hospitality is a lost art here. just couldn’t bring myself to leave a good review.

The exceptional valley views from the room were breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Assisi.

Consider requesting a room on an upper floor for better views and a more updated experience. the lower floor rooms are not as comfortable.

Y'all, we had us a time! The staff was sweeter than peaches, especially Martin at breakfast. Our room had an amazing view of the valley, just breathtaking. Now, the breakfast did leave a bit to be desired, especially with running outta food. Might wanna up that game. All in all, a fine place to rest our heads after exploring!

Had a classic double room on the top floor with views over the beautiful Umbria valley, just stunning. The staff was incredibly helpful, even called ahead for parking which was nearby and made things easy for us.

Wasn't cheap but it was acceptable for what we got.
