I loved being on the docks across from Canary Wharf! The beautiful fauna and foliage, as well as the wildlife in the evenings, made it a picturesque location. The private balcony offered stunning views of the London skyline, stars, moon, and breeze, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and perfect for enjoying tea and room service after a tiring day. The staff was polite and helpful. The complimentary American cookie upon check-in was a nice touch. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel provided a free ferry service to Canary Wharf, saving money on transportation. The location was adjacent to the river and offered easy access to the ferry.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the venue I was attending and with stunning views of the river from my room. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, with a hidden spot that made it even more special. The room was extremely quiet and peaceful, allowing me to have a restful sleep on the super comfortable bed. The staff were so polite and lovely upon arrival, making me feel welcome and at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the exquisite breakfast options, which had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from.

The hotel location is convenient: it's easy to get there by ferry from Canary Wharf and explore the riverside. You can fall asleep to the sound of the river. Some rooms have comfy beds and lovely river views, and there's a nice gym on premises. The breakfast is super, and the afternoon tea is amazing. The hotel staff is accommodating.

The room wasn't ready upon check-in, but we were given a complimentary drink at the bar while we waited. the vegan options in the restaurant were limited, so we opted to dine out instead.

The hotel had friendly and efficient staff who were always willing to help. the location was convenient, especially for business travelers, as it was next to Canary Wharf. the shuttle ferry provided an easy and convenient way to get to and from the city.

The hotel was quite remote from the city center, which meant it took a solid 40 minutes to travel back and forth, despite the various public transport options available. the restaurant available at the hotel was quite poor and noisy, with limited food options.

The room was spacious and clean. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and attentive. They made the check-in process easy and were always willing to help with any requests.

The bathroom had no ventilation and had a bad smell. It made the overall experience unpleasant.

We loved staying here as it was situated in a wonderful area by the sparkling river, which was beautiful at night. Public transportation was convenient and close-by. The service room was great. We enjoyed the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance were very helpful. Our room was clean and had great amenities like mini bar, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The view from our terrace was amazing.

The staff didn't seem to care much about service and some staff members had a bit of an attitude, but we recommend this hotel to families anyway.

As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, the spacious 2 bedroom accommodation provided us with both family time and privacy. The beds were comfortable, and the balcony was a bonus. We loved the bar on the river and the fabulous views from the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city using the free water taxis. The hotel was clean and modern, and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely come back if there are any offers available. Great hotel!

The facilities were top-notch, with a lovely restaurant area and a cozy library with sofas and fireplaces. The transportation options were convenient, with a bus stop just behind the hotel and easy access to the underground. The location over the river provided a beautiful setting and great views of the city skyline.
