We stayed at Desert Hills for a hiking trip and couldn't be happier. The location was amazing, nestled near towering mountains and hiking trails. The housekeepers were friendly and efficient, while the manager was professional and responsive. The well-groomed garden added to the overall beauty of the hotel. Our king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchenette was well appointed. We enjoyed breakfast in the cozy nook and lunch on the patio, serenaded by birds. A wonderful stay overall, and we will definitely be coming back.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was close to downtown where we could shop, dine at various restaurants, and even enjoy the Thursday night Street Fair. We loved being able to walk to these places, although we did drive to the Street Fair on a chilly night. Another positive aspect was the prompt response time from the management team, Angela was great in answering our questions. Lastly, we appreciated the cozy and warm feeling of having an office to go to when we needed something.

One major downside of this hotel was the lack of staff on site. We witnessed a couple getting into a physical fight, and there was no one there to intervene or help.
