The check-in was surprisingly quick—our room was ready right on arrival! ! Also, they waved the parking fee which was a nice touch considering the situation.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess it was still tolerable under the circumstances.

I appreciated the warm cookies upon arrival, which was a nice welcome treat. The staff were attentive and ensured my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to navigate with my mobility aids.

However, the restaurant service was quite slow, especially during breakfast.

Had a lovely stay and the room was grand, really comfy. Breakfast was a bit of a wait, though, with the queues. But the friendly staff made it all worthwhile. Especially enjoyed the warm cookies at check-in! I'll definitely be back for those.

stayed one night at this so-called Hilton and was swept away by the complete mess. the room didn’t even lock, and I had to head down to eat with no help at all! also, I expected my minibar stocked and to have had complimentary treats, but no! absoluteley disgraceful!

The location, while near the cruise ports, lacks enticing attractions nearby!!! The facility could certainly benefit from a thorough deep clean!!! Maintenance issues need urgent attention, like the heating problems and dusty rooms!!!

The room was cozy, and the location was convenient for our needs. We enjoyed a lovely heat-controlled ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The drinks were refreshing, making our downtime after events enjoyable.

The bathroom sink tap sported a brown mark that raised some eyebrows—let’s hope it was chocolate! Also, checking out felt more like a surprise party than a farewell.

We enjoyed our spacious Queen Family Room during our four-night stay. The friendly staff welcomed us with warm cookies at check-in. Just a heads-up—dinner can be slow, so plan ahead! The breakfast variety was nice, but peak times lead to long queues. Parking fees apply, so budget accordingly.
