I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. the staff, including Andrew, Kimberly, and the other students, were incredibly welcoming, friendly. the old fashioned charm of the hotel added to its character. the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I would definitely stay here again, although I would request a different room in the heart of the hotel.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds and good quality linen. the provisions for tea and coffee in the room were generous, and the views were wonderful. the whole hotel was very clean, and we really enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. the owner and her staff provided great care and hospitality, making us feel like we had a personal chef and staff. the food was amazing, and they went out of their way to accommodate my special dietary needs. It was a home away from home, perfectly located to explore the Isle of Lewis.
