Drovers Lodge was a true gem. Angela, the host, provided a warm and friendly welcome to her beautiful home overlooking Loch Ness. the property, only three years old, offered stunning views and immaculate rooms. Our bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the scenic walk to Urqhart Castle ruins. the made-to-order breakfast, which we had in our room, was a delightful start to the day. We wish we had more time here. Absolutely perfect!

Fantastic views of the surrounding area, especially at sunrise and sunset. the location was perfect for enjoying the natural beauty of the countryside and nearby attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. Having a coffee machine and bottled water provided in the room was a nice touch, and the breakfast options were delicious and locally sourced.

The hotel is quite secluded and difficult to find, with no clear signage from the main road. It took us a while to navigate the narrow and steep roads leading up to the property.

We loved having access to the veranda, where we could sit and admire the breathtaking surroundings. the icing on the cake was the breakfast - locally sourced, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious!

While the winding road leading to the hotel was a bit of a challenge, once we arrived it was well worth the journey. the only thing that could have improved our stay would have been clearer signage directing us to the hotel's entrance.
