Located close to the beach and pier, with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Room 8 has a lovely big bed, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with kippers and eggs. Nearby golf courses for enthusiasts.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Deal. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast in the reserved area of the promenade was absolutely delicious - one of the best I've had in a while. I can't fault this hotel.

I had a great stay at a hotel located right on the seafront. The room was clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities I needed – tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, and an iron and ironing board. The bathroom was clean and had a helpful handrail for the shower in the bath. The staff were incredibly accommodating and even called me before my arrival to discuss the room's suitability. The dining room was lovely and the breakfast options were delicious. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Coffee wasn't pleasant.

Great location by the seafront and delicious traditional British food. We were warmly greeted by the staff and enjoyed a cozy atmosphere for our meal. the freebies offered by the chef were a nice touch and added to the experience.

The decor of the room could use an update and was in need of a deep clean. We also had an issue with the pre-authorization payment process, which was not clearly communicated by the hotel.
