Great value for money, NYE event was amazing with champagne and tasty canapés. Room was of high standard with complimentary drinks and great toiletries. Beautiful views from the room with stunning decor. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Would have preferred a cooked breakfast. Some staff members asked for our personal information which made us feel uncomfortable, as if they thought we would skip out on the bill.

Our stay at Eagle And Child in Ramsbottom exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the beautifully appointed room to the delicious breakfast. We were impressed with the homemade jams and prunes, fresh bakery items, and the excellent granola. The real coffee in the room was a great start to the day. We also had a fantastic dinner at the pub downstairs before easily heading upstairs to sleep. The bathroom and bedroom were both well-appointed and comfortable. We were even offered a room for the next evening, which we greatly appreciated. the hotel provided exceptional service and amenities, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The only minor drawback was the busy road in front of the inn, which could be noisy due to fast-moving traffic and heavy lorries. However, this didn't affect our sleep too much, as the comfortable beds helped ensure a good night's rest.
