I stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks while my house was being renovated. The staff, especially Anita at the front desk, were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were serviced well, and the housekeeping staff were cheerful and accommodating. The hotel is new and clean, with a fresh feel to it. The rooms were of average size and had excellent cleanliness, including the carpets. The bath tub and pillows were a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable with a cozy duvet. The price was surprisingly affordable, making it great value for money. The breakfast was good, although the sausage was a bit dry.

The hotel is very clean and tidy with comfortable rooms and good, free wifi. The buffet-style breakfast is quick and reasonably priced. The attached restaurant is busy but the food is delivered promptly. There is also a nearby pub for a relaxing evening drink.

Spent Christmas there and I must say, the staff was amazing. We were offered complimentary hot drinks and mince pies upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location is perfect for exploring the nearby town and attractions. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of hot and cold options.

The rooms were a bit of a letdown. the beds weren't very comfortable, and the noise from the roadworks outside was irritating.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent! The room was spotless and really spacious, with super comfortable and firm beds. The location was great, not far from Bluewater shopping centre, and there was even a Co-op just a minute away. The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially the check-in staff who showed exceptional care and understanding when I mentioned my recent hospital surgery. They even went the extra mile to help with microwaving our food and were always ready to assist. A big shoutout to them!

The breakfast option could be improved by ensuring that the eggs are replenished more quickly. Sometimes, people are left waiting with their breakfast getting cold while waiting for the eggs to be ready.

That the receptionists were a bit slow, but they were still kind. Another issue was that the restaurant sometimes opened late in the morning, so you had to wait a few minutes to enter.
