The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices and high-quality food. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions like Lewes. the hotel had a comfortable and quiet room with lovely views.

Service was slow and not very welcoming, with long check-in queues and delays in providing basic amenities like towels. the prices at the hotel did not match the information on their website or in the room.

The spa facilities at East Sussex National were simply amazing. I enjoyed a relaxing afternoon by the pool, surrounded by beautiful views of the countryside. The staff at the spa were friendly and attentive, making me feel truly pampered. The pool and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained. It was the perfect way to unwind during my stay.

My partner and I had a short but very sweet stay at this lovely hotel. The room was spacious, warm, and had a massive bed. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and the amazing power shower. The spa and pool were pleasant, although a bit busy. The two-course dinner and inclusive breakfast were delicious. I also had a great run around the golf course in the morning. a great stay and we will definitely return in the spring.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking and the location was perfect for those who enjoy nature walks. the room itself was comfortable and the bed was incredibly cozy. the breakfast buffet was delicious and one of the best I've ever had. Another highlight was the raw honeycomb and honey that was served, it was truly amazing.

The service at the bar area was extremely disappointing. When we asked how to place our order, we were given conflicting information and there was a lack of staff present to assist us.

The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who oversaw the proceedings in a very professional and discreet manner. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The on-site dining restaurant offered delicious meals, and I particularly enjoyed the in-room breakfast. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a highlight of my stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and a wide range of beauty treatments and massages to choose from. The garden area with sun loungers was the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun.

One thing was off - missing vegan options. despite informing them beforehand and discussing it multiple times, no vegan food was prepared, causing inconvenience and confusion.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a ferry port, which made it convenient for me to catch my morning ferry to Dieppe. The location was great, and I enjoyed the view from my room's balcony. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a huge bed and nice toiletries. The staff were helpful and polite, especially Rachel, who served us dinner. The breakfast had a wide range of options and the check-out process was easy. my stay was enjoyable.

The bar staff were quite rude and unhelpful, giving me my drink in the wrong glass and acting unfriendly when I asked for a replacement.
