I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. This place is set in a lovely area with beautiful surroundings. The staff here are exceptional and they accommodated all my needs. The female receptionist was very polite and helpful. She even arranged for my request to have the rooms next to each other. The room was spotless with all the amenities such as in-room safe, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant here is fantastic, the staff were attentive and the food was delicious. In addition, the leisure facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are fantastic and definitely worth a visit. The on-site car park was convenient and the luggage storage was very helpful.

I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

We stayed at this elegant hotel for a short family visit and were impressed by the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and modern amenities. The stunning view of the trees from our window added a magical touch. The hotel was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. Despite Christmas functions taking place, the rooms were soundproof, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful stay. The self-serve breakfast was easy to navigate, although the bacon could be crispier. Check-out was efficient and the room rates were excellent. We look forward to returning for a longer stay soon.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the attentive restaurant staff and excellent evening meal and breakfast. The clean bedrooms and thoughtful welcome pack for our dog were appreciated. The good room service made our stay even more convenient. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, and the fact that our room was tucked away from the busyness of the hotel meant we had a peaceful sleep. Sanda from reception was particularly lovely and helpful during check-in and with any additional needs.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, especially enjoying the swimming pool. The limited hours for children were not an issue during our stay. Had a great time during my xmas stay! The pool and leisure facilities were fantastic. It was so relaxing to take a dip in the pool and then relax in the sauna and steam room. The friendly staff made the experience even better. , the size of the hotel grounds was impressive, and there was plenty of parking available.

There were a few downsides to my xmas stay. It was quite frustrating, as I like to have a good shower experience.

The hotel had various amenities for guests, such as a spa and restaurant, providing options for relaxation and dining. The staff at the restaurant and reception were welcoming and accommodating.

That the public areas, particularly the bar and lounge, could get noisy due to events like weddings. This made it challenging for non-wedding guests to find a quiet space to relax.

We enjoyed the complementary Easter egg and hot cross buns that were delivered to our room. The hotel's location was great, close to the city center and the transportation links. The hotel's facilities were very good, the swimming pool and gym were well-maintained and we enjoyed using them daily. the room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The room service was poor, we had to wait over an hour to receive our ordered food, which was cold and not what we had ordered.
