The staff at the hotel were fantastic - so helpful and attentive. the AC broke one night, but they quickly gave us a fan and fixed it the next day. the rooms, although small, were very clean and the rain shower in the bathroom was a nice touch. the breakfast, although continental, was adequate with a good variety of breads and cereals. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from a major train station and subway, making it easy to get around the city.
