I stayed at Aloft for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, and my corner room had amazing natural lighting. Plus, the hotel is dog-friendly, and they even provided treats for my furry friend. The blend of old and new in the decor was impressive, with modern amenities like a large TV and stylish Southwest-themed furnishings. The lounge area was cozy, with a bar and a vintage pool table, and the courtyard was beautiful. it was a clean and comfortable stay, and I will definitely be back!

The bathroom was fantastic, with a beautiful glass enclosure shower and luxurious Dry Bar shower products. The beds were comfy with nice bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel was impeccably clean and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The front desk staff, especially the two beautiful and helpful ladies, were exceptional in their customer service skills. The hotel's breakfast options, such as the toasted marshmallow cold brew and delicious muffins, were a delightful start to the day. The hotel bar offered a wide selection of craft beers, and once again, the customer service was top-notch. I will definitely be staying at Aloft again in the future!

I recently stayed at Aloft in downtown, and it was a great experience. The staff was super helpful and fixed any issues with my reservation. The front desk position in the middle of the lobby made them easily accessible, and the lobby man helped me order pizza. The TV in the room was incredible, and the modern and clean facilities were complemented by the on-site bar with a pool table and outdoor seating area. The rooms were soundproof, and Hans, the bartender, made our evening after the concert fun. Fantastic customer service!

We had a fantastic stay at this downtown hotel. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautifully renovated building dating back to the 1930s. We loved the central location, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the vibrant restaurant and cafe scene. The cleanliness of this hotel was exceptional, and the attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment was impressive. we were very pleased with the experience.

The renovated building was a nice touch and gave a historical feel to the hotel. the location was also excellent, situated in a convenient area of the city. Additionally, the cleanliness and comfortable beds were appreciated.

There was a smell of smoke in the room, which was quite off-putting. the lack of available parking on-site was also a downside, as the valet service came at an additional cost.

The beds were awesome, front desk women were helpful and friendly, room was modern and clean, decor of the hotel was cool and pleasing, outdoor patio was very nice.

Could not be improved in any way.

Amazing views from our room. the city lights were absolutely stunning at night. Plus, the comfy beds made for a perfect night's sleep. the location was ideal, right in the heart of downtown. We were able to easily explore the city and visit all the nearby attractions. Another advantage was the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast area was not the best. It was located right next to the reception and was too open, making it uncomfortable with people constantly walking by.

That the room was on the smaller side, giving it a cozy feel. However, this didn't bother us as young people and didn't affect our overall experience.

The hotel has a great location near San Jacinto Plaza and restaurants. The valet service was extremely helpful. The bathroom was spacious and the beds were comfy with nice bedding. The hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in downtown.
