Great central location near shops, restaurants, and Lake Windermere. Very clean B&B with friendly owners. Budget ensuite room was comfortable with a hot breakfast. Perfect stay!

The owner was very helpful, lending us an umbrella. Tidy and clean room with a nice garden view. Tea, coffee, and biscuits provided. Enjoyed the continental breakfast with fresh fruit and yogurt. Free parking, exceptional cleanliness, friendly host, and comfy bed.

I had a lovely stay at Elim House - Adults Only in Bowness-on-Windermere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake and nearby restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The homemade breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to the day. The breakfast was delicious and delivered promptly to my room. The hosts were friendly and made sure that I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the town center and the lake. Despite some minor drawbacks, like a slightly weak shower and the need to climb stairs to the top floor, I would still highly recommend this hotel. We had a fantastic stay at this adults-only B&B in a great location. The room was comfortable and cozy, with lovely original features. We especially loved the high ceilings. The owners were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The parking was a bonus, as it can be difficult to find a space in the area. we had a lovely stay and would recommend Elim House to others.

The rooms were outdated and not well-maintained. the shower pressure was extremely low, which made it difficult to take a proper shower.
