The key safe system for collecting keys worked seamlessly, and Kris even shared useful information before my arrival. The location was ideal, with various restaurant options nearby. I can't wait to stay at this lovely hotel again.

I recently stayed at Elmswood in South Shields for two nights. The single room I had was comfortable and nicely decorated, with the added bonus of a chair for extra seating. The staff, particularly Nisha, were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with a variety of Indian restaurants just across the road and the beach within walking distance. I appreciated the option to bring a takeaway meal back to my room, especially during the current circumstances. a great experience.

Fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and town center. the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for things to do and see in the area.

The room was located on the top floor and there were quite a few stairs to climb, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues. the parking situation was a bit challenging as there weren't always available spaces nearby.

We stayed in a guest house that was perfectly located in the heart of town. Everything was within walking distance - the main shopping area, attractions, and even public transportation to Newcastle. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast service was top-notch, with delicious and non-greasy options served promptly. the location and amenities made our stay convenient and enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, with only 1-3 bars out of 5.

Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local area. The service at this hotel was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The basic amenities provided were of great quality, and the rooms were spacious with good facilities. I particularly loved the huge bedroom with a super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The fact that breakfast was included was an added bonus, giving me a great start to each day.

During Easter weekend, I had a wonderful stay at a bed and breakfast. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice comfortable bed. Best of all, the location was perfect: close to a wide variety of restaurants and within walking distance of both the town and the beach. the parking was easy and convenient.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the curtains were too thin, which became apparent in the morning when the brightness woke us up earlier than expected.

First class service, comfortable feeling, great breakfast, outshines many hotels, well done, good service.

The location of the guest house was central to the town, with shops, pubs, restaurants, and transportation services nearby. We particularly enjoyed having our morning cuppa while watching the world go by. The cooked breakfasts were delicious and we will definitely visit again when in this area.
