The bathroom was amazing, and everything was super clean. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed and helped me with any queries I had. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with great cafes and the o2 academy just a short walk away. The facilities were top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
