The hotel had a very welcoming and friendly staff, excellent location with parking, well-maintained building with a lift, and nicely decorated rooms with stunning views. The family room with a wet room was great for disabled guests.

The bathroom had plenty of rails/hooks for towels. The toilet paper was of good quality. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. The location was convenient with parking spaces available. I had a good stay at Esplanade Hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Esplanade Hotel! Our room had a lovely sea view, the beds were very comfy and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had plenty of tea and coffee. The TV worked well and there was free parking available. The location was central and close to everything. We will definitely be staying here again!

Everything met our expectations and we had a great stay.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, right on the beach front, and the staff were top-notch, very friendly and accommodating. the rooms were spotless and the beds and linens were so comfortable. the shower was amazing, with great water pressure and heat.

It would have been nice to have a lounge or bar area, but the price we paid reflected that and the staff made every effort to ensure our comfort. Our room did get quite hot, but we were able to turn down the heating and open the windows to cool it down.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach, offering stunning views of the sea. The spacious rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The friendly and welcoming staff ensure a comfortable stay for solo female travelers.

I recently stayed at the Esplanade Hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. We had to move rooms due to a heating problem, but they handled it promptly. The location was perfect, with all amenities and shops within walking distance. The hotel is right in front of the promenade, offering stunning views of the beach and pier. It's also conveniently close to the station and cable cars. The breakfast provided a variety of options and the rooms were spacious and clean. excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the seafront with stunning views. We were also pleased to find that it was near to everything, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a good-sized bathroom and plenty of storage facilities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and TV in the room were great amenities.

One downside was the lack of air conditioning, making the room uncomfortably warm at times.
