The staff at Everglades were all super friendly and professional. Upon arrival, we were given a free room upgrade as we were returning for our anniversary. The hotel has a warm, homely feel and is a nice relaxing place to stay. The public areas are of a high standard and have a fresh feel. The restaurant offers a very decent standard of food. The accommodations are good value for money and the bed was very comfortable.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center. Plenty of dining options available on arrival. Friendly and helpful staff. Cosy reception and bar area with a fireplace. Warm and comfortable rooms with luxurious amenities. Vegetarian and vegan-friendly options available.

The breakfast at Everglades was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially loved the freshly brewed coffee, it was far better than the standard filtered coffee. The dinner at the Grill was also outstanding, and the chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce and ice cream was simply phenomenal. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite the lack of air-conditioning, we were able to keep cool by opening the window.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the beautiful city for 3 weeks and I have to say, the service provided by the staff was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. The general manager and his team truly know how to create a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Although there were some minor inconveniences like the small bath and noise pollution from the main road, they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience I had at the hotel. The pillows were fluffy but didn't provide adequate support for me, although my partner didn't seem to mind.

I had the most wonderful Sunday afternoon at Everglades! The festive ambience, friendly and efficient staff, and the professional photographer made it a truly memorable experience. The food was delicious, and the fact that we got to take home a portion was a delightful surprise. Well done, Everglades!

Both the bar and restaurant meals were delicious, and the room service breakfast was a real treat. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, being conveniently close to the city. Additionally, the bathroom in our room was superbly clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub and separate shower.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the noise from the traffic outside was quite loud, even with the windows closed.
