Excellent hosts, friendly and helpful. Clean, well-equipped room. Convenient location, within walking distance to shops and pier. Tasty, freshly cooked breakfast with large portions. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. 👍

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of town. The location was excellent, being near all the amenities and just a short walk to the main shopping street. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel like part of the family. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Plus, I must mention the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of town close to pubs and restaurants. The rooms are modern, bright, and clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are nice with good showers. The breakfast served in the morning is of good quality and the hosts are very welcoming, making you feel at home instantly. The service provided by the staff is exceptional.

The hallway and residents lounge could use some updating as they appear a bit dull and old fashioned.

The owners, Gary and Shirley, were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. They provided us with helpful advice for vegetarian and vegan dining options.

my recent stay in southport was made even better by the welcoming and friendly staff at le maitre. the room was clean, comfortable, and had nice added touches like a complimentary water bottle. gary and shirley were knowledgeable about the area and provided helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. their attention to detail and personal touch really stood out.

Mattress was a tad too firm.

Warm and friendly welcome, along with impeccable customer service. the staff really made me feel at home. the room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. the location was excellent, close to the seafront and shops, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to control, but it didn't ruin my overall experience.

High floor with lots of stairs.

The breakfast was freshly cooked and tasted good. It was perfectly located near my event venue and local restaurants, which made it easy to find dinner options.

the room lacked proper lighting, making it difficult to work productively in the room during the evening hours.

Great couple, friendly and knowledgeable. Superb location, close to town and train station. Amazing cooked breakfast. Lovely room with ample hot drinks. Very accommodating and helpful hosts.
