My recent stay at Thistle was a pleasant experience. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The room was mostly clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Despite a few minor issues, like the bathroom not being heated and the poor breakfast quality, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to help us with our taxi. the location was great, with easy access to all the main attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was super comfy.

The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit bothersome, and the lobby had a strange smell. we found the hotel to be a bit run down and in need of updating.

I recently stayed at Thistle in Piccadilly for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was incredible, right in the heart of everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our bags in a safe room on our final day. The room was spacious and well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the bedding and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were able to walk to all the local attractions and it was also close to Covent Garden. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the view from our room, overlooking the bustling streets below. we had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and two complimentary drinks offered on arrival was a nice touch. the location is fantastic, within walking distance to major attractions and lots of places to eat nearby. the room was comfortable with a good quality bed, good shower, and fresh towels.

Requested assistance with a malfunctioning TV but was met with an uninterested and unhelpful response. Customer service was also an issue, as staff seemed unmotivated and untrained.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect - right in the heart of the action and close to everything. The service was top-notch - everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room had everything we needed and more, including a great view and all the amenities we could ask for.

During my recent stay at Thistle Piccadilly, I had the pleasure of experiencing the amazing location that everyone talks about. Being right in the heart of the city, I was within walking distance of numerous attractions, restaurants, and theaters. It truly made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a slightly underperforming AC and a lack of storage space in the bathroom, they did not significantly impact my overall experience.
