The location of the apartments was very convenient, as it was right next to the tram stop, making it easy to get around. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensured a pleasant stay. The apartments were clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable accommodation.

There were some minor issues with the service, as the check-in process took longer than expected and the staff sometimes blocked the parking slots.

There were a few issues during our stay. The first day, we had no wifi and had to contact the owner to get it fixed.

The spacious apartment allowed us to have valuable family time together and the comfortable sofa was a bonus. We loved the double spacious shower and the fact that there were 5 toilets. The digital coded system for entry provided added security. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the nearest tram stop and only 2 tram stops away from the pleasure beach. The nearby café with a play area was a great amenity for the kids.

We loved the spaciousness of the penthouse apartment, with all bedrooms having their own ensuite bathrooms. The apartment was well-equipped with a washing machine, central heating, iron, and TVs in all bedrooms. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Pleasure Beach and down the promenade to all attractions. We also enjoyed the park and coffee shop right in front of the hotel.

The apartment itself had two double bedrooms, two toilets, and a spacious kitchen/diner and lounge. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had a modern feel. We also enjoyed having Netflix available for the kids. The views from the apartment were great and Joel warmly greeted us upon arrival.

There were a few areas that needed some attention to detail. The suite we stayed in had internal issues such as loose taps, windows that didn't seal properly, and broken blinds.
