Great chilled lounge and cool local bar, plenty space to park out back and fab step-free access to rooms! Super close to Alness Parkrun, so convenient for a quick morning jog. Enjoyable staff and nice tunes at the bar. 🏃‍♂️ Grappling with a squeaky old bed a tad uncomfortable, but not a dealbreaker for a one-nighter! .

the spacious family room with cozy beds and a clean shower made our family feel right at home. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the private parking was a huge bonus for our large family.

In my wife's opinion, adding more kid-friendly options to the breakfast menu would have enhanced our family experience further.

As someone with physical handicaps, I was pleasantly surprised by the accessible facilities at this hotel. The host and staff were genuinely caring and made sure my needs were met. The spacious and clean room, along with luxurious towels, made my stay comfortable. The hotel also provided a large car park with easy access to the rooms, which was a great convenience.

my recent stay in alness was made even better by the incredible staff at commercial. from the warm welcome to the spacious and clean room, everything was top-notch. the continental breakfast was a great start to the day. commercial definitely knows how to make their guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.
